Novojičínský půlmaratón

The Novojičín Half Marathon is an open race with a maximum capacity of 400 runners aged 18 and over. It takes place on 9 May 2026 in Nový Jičín. The route follows a scenic landscape along the award-winning KOLEJE cycle path from Nový Jičín through Hodslavice, Mořkov and Hostašovice and back, predominantly on asphalt. The race also offers a 2 × 10.5 km relay and is suitable for runners looking for a quality half-marathon experience, with refreshments along the course and at the finish. The start and finish are on Masaryk Square in Nový Jičín; the race starts at 9:00.

Race packs are distributed on race day from 07:00 to 08:30. A changing room is available at the start venue for storing belongings. Two pacers are available on the course, targeting times of 2:00 and 1:45. Medical services are provided at the start, at the refreshment stations and at the finish. The race takes place in all weather conditions and has a maximum time limit of 2:45. The course passes through Nový Jičín, Hodslavice, Mořkov and Hostašovice; the race takes place in all weather conditions, with refreshments along the course and after the race, and a medal for participants. Registration is open until 30 April 2026.
