Silvestrovský běh Karviná

The Silvestrovský běh in Karviná is a traditional 10 km road race held every year on December 31. The route runs along the city’s outer streets and features more than 100 metres of elevation gain, making it a challenge for every runner. The event also includes free children’s races in the local forest park, over distances from 200 m to 1.8 km. Refreshments after the race include goulash soup and tea, with rum available. Registered athletes are entered by their clubs; parents enter unregistered children.
