Beskydská sedmička

IMOS Beskydská sedmička is an extreme mountain marathon across the entire Beskydy Mountains, running from Třinec to Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. This challenging race, approximately 101 km long with 5,500 m+ of elevation gain, is the Czech Championship in individual mountain marathons and is open to individuals and pairs. The race starts at night at 23:00 from the athletics stadium in Třinec, and the finish gate closes 28 hours later on Sunday morning. The race offers a unique experience of the Beskydy mountain landscape and well-equipped aid stations along the course.

Accreditation takes place on Friday, 28 August 2026, from 13:00 to 22:00 at the STARS sports hall in Třinec. Free shuttle transport from Frenštát pod Radhoštěm to the start in Třinec is provided for competitors. Soup and sausages are available at the aid stations, though soup is offered only at designated stations. Competitors can use baggage storage, with bags identified by race number. The athletics stadium stands will be open to supporters and fans, making the start a memorable experience for them too. The race includes aid stations, course changes compared with previous editions, the option to download a GPX file, a 28-hour finish limit, a 23:00 start, and a finish at 3:00 the following day.
