Race description
The Run for Health is a charity series of seven runs held in the beautiful surroundings of Božena Němcová Park in Karviná. Each run offers a 3 km course that everyone can run at their own pace. Proceeds from entry fees go to help those in need, giving the event purpose and added value. The start is traditionally at 17:45 at Lodičky, with check-in beginning at 17:00. Everyone is warmly invited to take part and support a good cause.
