7. Běh pro zdraví

Health Run is a charitable series of seven runs held in the beautiful surroundings of Božena Němcová Park in Karviná. Each run offers a 3 km route that anyone can run at their own pace. The proceeds from the entry fees are donated to help those in need, giving the race purpose and added value. The start is traditionally at 17:45 at Lodičky, with registration beginning at 17:00. Everyone is warmly invited to participate and support a good cause.
