2 míle s úsměvem Zlín - září

The 2-Mile Run in Zlín-Příluky is an open 3.2 km race for all age groups and running abilities, from beginners to experienced runners. The course runs mostly among gardens in the Příluky industrial zone and consists of just under two laps of a precisely measured asphalt circuit. The event also includes an 800-metre children’s course. Every participant receives a warm cinnamon pancake at the finish as a reward for their effort. The race takes place on the first Saturday of every month, with registration before the start and timing for all runners.

Registration takes place in front of the Madal Bal building from 8:15 to 8:55. Categories are divided into men and women aged 13 to 127, and children up to age 12; age categories apply throughout the calendar year. The first three finishers in the men’s, women’s and children’s categories receive small prizes. Recommended ways to get to the start are by bike, on foot, by car, on roller skates or by trolleybus no. 11 (Průmyslová zóna stop). Monthly registration takes place on the first Saturday of the month from 8:15 to 8:55, with the start at 9:00. The event includes an 800 m children’s course.
