The 2-mile run in Zlín-Příluky is an open 3.2 km race for all ages and running abilities, from beginners to experienced runners. The course runs mostly among gardens in the Příluky industrial zone and consists of just under two laps of a precisely measured asphalt circuit. The event also includes an 800-metre children’s course. After the finish, every participant receives a warm cinnamon pancake as a reward for their effort. The race takes place on the first Saturday of every month, with registration in front of the Madal Bal company building and the start at 9:00 a.m.

Registration takes place in front of the Madal Bal company building from 8:15 to 8:55. Categories are divided into men and women aged 13 to 127, and children up to 12 years old. Every runner’s time is recorded, and the top three finishers in both adult and children’s categories receive small prizes. Recommended ways to get there are by bicycle, on foot, by car, on roller skates, or by trolleybus No. 11 (Průmyslová zóna stop). The men’s course record is 9:31.8.
