Race description
The Emil Zátopek Golden Marathon is part of the Zátopek Golden Week, a series of running races held in Plzeň in honor of Olympic champion Emil Zátopek. The main marathon takes place on July 27 and also features accompanying races such as a half marathon, marathon and half marathon relay races, and a 10.5 km road run. The start is in the afternoon in Štruncovy Sady and the surrounding area, with a rich program and categories for men, women, and youth.
