Race description
Závadská Desítka is a 10 km cross-country race along forest trails around the Dařanec Nature Reserve. This highly appealing race has become a traditional part of the Prajzsko-opavská Running League (POBL), where it is considered the most appealing short-distance race. Safety along the course is provided by race staff, and a refreshment station is located at the 6 km mark. The race is divided into several men’s, women’s and youth categories, including categories for local residents and people born in Závada, who compete for a perpetual trophy.

Additional information
The race is part of the Prajzsko-opavská Running League (POBL). In addition to the main 10 km race, there are children’s races of 100 m, 500 m and 1,000 m, as well as 4 km and 10 km walks. A race bib bearing the runner’s name is included in the first registration wave price. Course: 90% forest trails, 10% asphalt; registration waves, refreshments, race pack; race categories by age and gender.
