Z(a)tracené vrchy

Z(a)tracené vrchy is an adrenaline-fueled orienteering, beer-drinking running, walking and crawling race for teams, held in the scenic terrain of Bordovice in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Competitors must complete the course carrying a 10-litre keg of beer on their backs, take part in mini-games at checkpoints and drink beer at the checkpoints. The race combines a physical challenge with teamwork and fun, with a route through varied terrain featuring climbs and descents. The winning team receives a travelling trophy and gift packages. The event is for adults over 18 and emphasises participant safety and responsibility.

Mandatory gear includes a charged phone, a tap (bayonet fitting), a pump, a keg harness, a rubbish bag and a headlamp. Recommended gear includes a basic first-aid kit, water and nutritious food. Beer may be consumed only at checkpoints, where it is served from a single competition vessel in portions of max. 0.5 l. Keg collection takes place from 7:30 to 7:35 at the start location. The race is for competitors over 18 who sign a declaration accepting personal responsibility. The use of transport is prohibited, except for trekking poles. The event is part of an ultratrail series, with results from 2024 available, and is aimed at experienced runners seeking a challenge in demanding terrain.
