Štěpánovský trhák

Štěpánovský trhák is a traditional running race taking place for the eleventh time in 2026. After a one-year break, the race is moving to a new venue at U Dubu in Trhový Štěpánov, where runners can enjoy a new course through the forest, along forest paths and partly on a cycle path. The event offers the atmosphere of a friendly sporting get-together, with children’s and main races. The start and event facilities are situated to support participants’ comfort and safety.

Registration for the main race is available online and on site on race day from 12:30. The children’s races start at 13:40, and the main race at 15:00. Parking is available on Lesní and Lipová streets and nearby streets; the event facilities are in an area where cars are not permitted. The main race awards ceremony is planned for approximately 16:00. The event includes a 7 km main course, children’s categories and a charity walk. Registration is available online and on site, and the event is part of the Běžec Podblanicka series.
