Sokolský běh republiky - Milovice

The Sokol Republic Run in Milovice is an annual celebration of the founding of Czechoslovakia, held on 28 October. The race offers an easy 5.8 km nature route, suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike, with a partly paved and road surface. The children’s routes are simple gravel-surfaced loops around Haken Stadium, ideal for young runners. At the finish, all participants receive a beautiful medal in the shape of the republic, and the band Basslake will perform live from 6 p.m. Race facilities are at Haken Stadium in the centre of Milovice, with refreshments and restroom facilities.

The event is held in RACE format without chip timing, but finishing times are recorded and winners are announced. Registration and race packs are collected at the stadium facilities. A public changing tent, Toi Toi toilets and the RKDM restaurant, approximately 100 m from the venue, are available. Catering is provided, including draft beer and soft drinks.
