Sokolský běh republiky - Děčín

The Sokol Republic Run in Děčín is a traditional race held on October 28, offering routes for adults and children. The main race is 5 km long and runs through the picturesque city, through the castle gardens and Mariánská louka, across the new bridge with views of the Elbe, and along the Elbe Embankment. Children’s races are offered in two distances: 5 km for older children and 1 km for the youngest, who run along the river and Mariánská louka. The course is flat, with varied sections, and professionally timed. At the finish, participants receive a medal shaped like the republic. The event celebrates the republic and offers a sporting atmosphere for all age groups.
