Slopenská desítka

Slopenská Desítka is a traditional cross-country race held in the picturesque village of Slopné near Luhačovice. The race features a challenging course with varied terrain, including paved roads, steep climbs, and descents through forest terrain. The start is located below the church and the finish is at the sports field, where runners are greeted by enthusiastic cheers from spectators. The event is suitable for the general public, including junior categories and family relays. The race is part of the year-round Běhy Zlín competitions and the KRAKONOŠ Czech Mountain Running Cup.

The family relay has three members and is run in three legs. Members must be related, with a minimum age difference of 18 years between two members. Registration closes 5 minutes before the start of the category. The overall winner receives a cash reward for every second under the set time. The main race starts about 100 m from the sports field, on a paved road below the church. The race is part of the local sports calendar and also offers family relays and prizes in various categories.
