POŠUK – Pošemberský ultra kros

Pošemberský Ultra Kros is a challenging running race in the beautiful Šembera Valley near Prague. The 16 km course with 500 metres of elevation gain runs 85% through forest and 15% on roads. It offers runners sweat, mud and tears, as well as panoramic views, climbs and descents. The start and finish are on a meadow deep in the forest, where the atmosphere is welcoming. The race is suited to fans of cross-country and trail running looking for a challenge in the natural surroundings of the Central Bohemian Region.

The start and finish are on a meadow deep in the forest between Český Brod and Doubravčice. The race is organised by Klub pro sportovce a cyklisty českobrodska. The course is cross-country/trail style, with significant elevation gain and natural surfaces. Trail race with forest and road sections, start at 11:00, race at 14:00, route maps available, refreshments on site, option to bring your own supplies.
