Olympijský běh - Děčín

The Olympic Run in Děčín is a traditional regional race held at the confluence of the Elbe and Ploučnice rivers. The start and finish are located in front of the Kajak Děčín boathouse. The 4.6 km main race route follows a cycle path almost through the city centre, with asphalt and cobbled sections. The event also includes children’s races ranging from 200 to 1,000 metres. Participants can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, with views of Děčín Castle, the Elbe Canyon and observation towers, while also supporting the Czech Olympic Foundation.

Registration is online only until 6 June; registration will not be available on site. Timing is by chip. The route is accessible to wheelchairs and handbikes. Toilets and a baggage storage area are available; changing rooms and showers are not. Parking is available by the Elbe Cycle Path. The accompanying programme includes an autograph session with well-known athletes. The race is limited to 200 adult runners; there is no limit for children. The route is asphalt and cobbled.
