Olympijský běh - Bystřice pod Hostýnem

The Olympic Run in Bystřice pod Hostýnem is a new addition to the running calendar. It takes place in the picturesque Zahájené municipal park, which combines natural surroundings with an urban atmosphere. The route runs mainly along paved park paths, with a few short sections of slightly unpaved surface, and is suitable for experienced runners and families with children. During the race, participants can enjoy greenery, mature trees and quiet parts of the park, with no significant elevation changes. The event is both a sporting and social gathering, with an accompanying programme, refreshments and opportunities to cheer along the course. Entry fees support the Czech Olympic Foundation, which helps children take part in sport.

Registration is online only until 5 June 2026; registration on site is not available. The main race starts at the Bystřice pod Hostýnem football stadium and will be started live on Czech Radio. The route is accessible to wheelchairs and handbikes. Timing is by chip. Toilets, changing rooms, showers and a bag drop are available.
