Mělnický vinařský běh

The Mělník Wine Run is a traditional running race in Mělník, offering 10 km and 21 km courses. The race takes place on a single loop with beautiful views of the castle and vineyards, and the route passes historical and natural landmarks around the town. After the race, participants can enjoy a tasting of local wines, a commemorative glass, a free lunch, and a prize raffle. The race is suitable for the general public, including children, who have their own races free of charge. It is organized by the Run the World association, which promotes running as a friendly community activity.

Registration and changes are not possible on race day. Race bibs can only be collected until 9:30. After the race, every participant receives a commemorative glass and can take part in a tasting of local wines. Lunch is free for all runners, including a vegetarian option. A prize raffle will take place after the winners are announced. The race capacity is 500 runners for the 10 km and 21 km courses. Children’s races are free of charge. Entry fees vary depending on the registration date. The event supports charitable causes helping people with cystic fibrosis, and the race is limited to 500 runners.
