Kokořínský kros

Kokořínský Kros is a trail run held in the picturesque Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area, near Prague. The race offers three main routes of 15 km, 10 km and 5 km, winding through romantic ravines and past unique sandstone towers. The start and finish are at the municipal spa complex in Mšeno, where facilities include refreshments and a children's corner. The race is suitable for all runners, from beginners to experienced athletes, and offers a wide range of categories, with the option to change route distance even on race day.

A children's corner for children aged 3 to 10, with art activities and supervision by an experienced teacher. Route distance can be changed during race-day registration. Finish-line refreshments include Corny bars, bananas, water and Ionilyte sports drink. Parking is available in a designated car park approximately 200 m from the race facilities. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool complex. Trail courses with registration available, gift vouchers, on-site parking and refreshments, and the option of individual entry fees with a personalized race number.
