Hradčanské vlnky

Hradčanské vlnky is a traditional cross-country trail race in Hradčany near Olomouc, offering three main routes: 5.6 km, 10.4 km, and a half marathon of 21.1 km. The race emphasizes movement in terrain with a predominance of forest and field paths, ensuring an attractive and challenging run. The event also includes children's categories with various distances. Participants are provided with refreshments, chip timing, and extensive facilities including showers. The atmosphere is friendly, and the race is suitable for a wide range of runners from children to experienced trail runners.

Registration for children's races begins at 8:30, main races start at 9:45. The half marathon starts at 11:00 from the excursion area, the main route 10.4 km and the short route 5.6 km start from the square. Included in the registration fee are race organization, facilities, showers, food, beer/soft drinks, chip timing, start number, on-trail refreshments, and post-race refreshments. Parking is organized by volunteers with an emphasis on obeying traffic regulations and consideration for Hradčany residents. The race offers various categories, including children's, and is complemented by a rich accompanying program and a raffle.
