Horské běhy v Novohradských horách

Mountain Runs in the Novohradské Mountains are traditional spring races held amid the beautiful scenery of the Novohradské Mountains, with their hub at Hojná Voda. They offer a range of courses, from children’s categories and shorter runs to a challenging 63 km ultra trail with 2,050 m of elevation gain. The races are open to men, women and canicross participants, offering a sporting experience in nature and a chance to discover the beauty of the Novohradské Mountains. They are organized by Martin Brožka and the Sportcentrum Novohradské hory team, who prepare detailed maps and facilities for runners.

Race-day registration is also available at Hojná Voda – U Lípy from 9:30 to 10:30 for children and from 12:00 to 13:45 for the other categories. Detailed course maps are available in the Mountain Runs Course section and in printed form at the start. A closing prize draw with valuable prizes is planned for participants, including accommodation in the Alps and a subscription to the Svět běhu magazine.
