Race description
FREEDOM RUN is a cross-border mountain race in the Krkonoše Mountains, offering two route options. The shorter 9 km Classic route runs from Harrachov through Nový Svět and the Mýtiny area to Orle in Poland, finishing in Jakuszyce, a well-known sports centre. The longer 16 km Mega route is more technically and physically demanding, with greater elevation gain and beautiful mountain scenery, making it ideal for more experienced runners. Both routes start in Harrachov and pass through picturesque mountain landscapes and forest trails, with open mountain plains in the Krkonoše.
