Dopesace Backyard Ultra

Dopesace Backyard Ultra is an endurance race held in the Aš Forests, where a loop of nearly 7 kilometers is run every hour. The race continues as long as there is only one runner who can complete more laps than the others. This unique format emphasizes not only speed but primarily endurance and determination. The winner receives a silver coin and the opportunity to represent the Czech Republic at the team world championship in October 2026. The race atmosphere is unforgettable and the event is also connected with a charitable project.

Pre-race presentation is possible on the evening before the race between 5 PM and 7 PM or in the morning on the race day from 8 AM to 9:15 AM. Participants must be over 18 years old. Each lap must be completed within 60 minutes, otherwise disqualification follows. No assistance or aids, including trekking poles, are allowed on the route. The race is connected with charity, where runners contribute 1-10 CZK for each completed kilometer to a selected project. The race takes place in the Aš Forests, with a requirement to use a headlamp during night sections. Registration is mandatory. The event has a charitable dimension and emphasizes community atmosphere and endurance.
