Berounská desítka

Berounská desítka is a revived running race with a long tradition, taking place on 23 May 2026 in the village of Zdejcina near Beroun. It offers three distances: the 10 km main race for experienced runners, a shorter 4 km route suitable for everyone, and a free 500 m children’s run. The course follows forest trails with 252 metres of elevation gain and reaches its highest point at the Děd lookout tower, 491 m above sea level. Runners can look forward to refreshments during and after the race, as well as a welcoming atmosphere that revives the local running tradition.

Race-number collection is open from 8:00 to 10:00 on race day. Runners in the 10 km race can get refreshments at approximately 6 km, and fruit and water after finishing. The 500 m children’s race starts at 10:15; the 4 km and 10 km races start together at 11:00. Payment on site is possible, but costs more. The race takes place in all weather; suitable footwear for wet terrain is recommended. Parking is available on Hudlická Road; runners are advised not to try to park directly in the village.
