Běh proti násilí

The Run Against Violence is a traditional charity run held in Hvězda Game Reserve in Prague 6. It supports the Stop Violence programme and clients taking part in long-term therapies focused on managing anger and aggression. The event brings together runners of all ages who want to show their support and offer hope to people working to change their behaviour. The 5 km course is suitable for anyone who wants to support a good cause while enjoying exercise outdoors. It is organised by Diakonie ČCE, a major provider of social services in the Czech Republic.

Race packs can be collected on race day at the registration tent; they are labelled by gender and T-shirt size. A baggage storage area, changing facilities, refreshments during the race and at the finish, and free massages before and after the run are available. Race numbers and chips are non-transferable and must be worn visibly on the chest. The race is a charity event supporting the Stop Violence programme. The programme includes children’s races, the 5 km main race, activities in the children’s corner, relaxation techniques and massages. The event supports therapy programmes and violence prevention.
