Běh pro Paměť národa - Nové Město na Moravě

The Run for the Memory of the Nation in Nové Město na Moravě is a charity event held in support of the non-profit organization Post Bellum, which documents the stories of eyewitnesses and helps preserve historical memories. The race takes place in and around Vysočina Arena, with 2 km, 5 km and 10 km routes; the 5 km route is one lap and the 10 km route is two laps. The event offers timed and untimed runs, including family and children’s races, and is suitable for the general public, including pupils, students and seniors, with a possible discount on the entry fee. The start and finish are at the Vysočina Arena stadium, which has facilities including changing rooms, a bag drop and refreshments.

Registration and race-number collection take place on race day from 15:00 to 16:30. Pupils, students up to 18 years old, members of the Memory of the Nation Club and runners over 65 receive a 50% discount on the entry fee. Changing rooms, a bag drop, sanitary facilities and water at the finish are available. Route distances: 2 km, 5 km, 10 km; terrain: road; registration fee: 100–400 Kč; race in Vysočina Arena.
