Běh napříč republikou, S05 – Frýdštejn-Turnov

Running Across the Republic is a unique relay event that brings runners from different parts of the Czech Republic together at a shared destination in Čihošť, the geographical center of the country. It is not a race, but a group run at a conversational pace, with pacers on each leg. Runners can choose any number of legs from a total of 82 carefully designed routes, which cross varied terrain, from hills to flatlands, forests, and towns. The aim is not only to be physically active, but also to discover new places and meet like-minded people.

This is not a race; participants run together according to a timetable with pacers. Refreshments and support are provided at handover points. Transport to the next handover point may also be available, subject to capacity. The pace is suited to recreational runners and slows on hills. On Sunday, all routes finish together in Čihošť at 17:00.
