Summer morning run is a trail running race held in Štítná nad Vláří - Popov, offering two routes approximately 7 km and 15 km long. The race takes place on varied terrain including asphalt, forest paths, and hills, with beautiful views and challenging sections that test runners' physical fitness. The start and finish are located at the pub in Popov, and the atmosphere of the race is friendly and family-oriented, emphasizing safety and participant responsibility. The race is part of the Zlín Runs series and is organized by the Martinát family and their friends.

Registration is possible online up to 2 working days before the race and also on-site until 9:30 AM. Timing is measured using Race Result chip technology. Refreshments (water, Kofola) are provided on the course, and at the finish line, there are sweets, fruit, and for pre-registered participants, goulash. The start and finish are at the pub in Popov, parking is available at the bus stop according to organizer instructions. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a person over 18, and youth aged 15-18 start with written consent from legal guardians. The race takes place on July 12, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM, registration closes 2 days before the race, with chip timing. Suitable for runners aged 15 and above.
