Běh Bukovem

Běh Bukovem is an annual running festival held in the beautiful natural surroundings of Bukov and Plískov as part of the Brdy Running Cup. The race takes place entirely on meadows, forest roads and trails, offering runners an enjoyable experience in nature. The event is suitable for a wide range of age groups, from the youngest children to veterans. It is organised by the municipality of Plískov in cooperation with Farma Ekl and is known for its friendly atmosphere and tradition.

Participant registration takes place on the terrace of the pub in Plískov from 9:00 to 10:50. Starts are staggered by category, from 10:05 (youngest children) to 11:21 (women, juniors and veterans). Winners in the children’s categories are announced throughout the event, while winners in the other categories are announced after the race. Participants are asked to follow Covid precautions; disinfectant is available at the start. Runners with no health restrictions take part at their own risk. The race takes place in October. The course is mainly through forest and meadows, with online registration available and different race distances offered during the year.
