The Trail Run Series 7 Mountains is the largest event of its kind in the Czech Republic, taking you across seven of the most beautiful and challenging mountain ranges. The races feature technical trails, epic views and a unique atmosphere that will test every runner’s strength, willpower and determination. Whether you are an experienced mountain runner or a beginner, 7 Mountains challenges you to conquer every route and become a legend. The Šumava race offers routes crossing the peaks of Špičák and Pacíř, passing glacial lakes and deep forests, with up to 900 m of elevation gain.

The race time limit is 4 hours; after that, runners are marked as DNF. Participants can leave small items at the registration tent. Recommended gear includes a windbreaker and a charged mobile phone with the Záchranka app. The entry fee includes a professionally marked course, race bib, chip timing, commemorative medal, refreshments on the course and at the finish, and use of the facilities at the start and finish area. The races include registration with chip timing, medals, refreshments and the option to take part in different distances in the beautiful surroundings of Šumava.
