The Trail Run Seriál 7 pohoří is the largest event of its kind in the Czech Republic, taking you through seven of the most beautiful and challenging mountain ranges. The races feature technical trails, epic views and an atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re an experienced mountain runner or a beginner, 7 pohoří will test your strength, willpower and determination. Conquer all the mountain ranges and become a trail-running legend.

The time limit for completing the race is 4 hours. After that, runners are marked as DNF. Every participant receives a commemorative finisher’s medal and has access to refreshments on the course and at the finish. Recommended equipment includes a windbreaker and a charged mobile phone with the Záchranka app. Small items can be stored at the registration tent. The event takes place in all weather conditions, and participation is at your own risk. The course includes mountain trails, technical sections and scenic viewpoints. Registration includes a course map, chip timing, a medal and refreshments.
