The 2-Mile Run Olomouc is an open race over 2 miles (3.2 km) designed for all age groups and running levels, from beginners to experienced runners. The race focuses on the joy of running and self-improvement, where each participant competes primarily against themselves. The event is usually held in Smetanovy Sady near the fountain, except for the June and August races, which take place by the river on U Dětského domova street. It also includes a trophy competition, where results are adjusted according to age coefficient and points are accumulated throughout the year.

Registration takes place from 9:30 to 10:00 AM. The top three places in each category are awarded. Results are adjusted according to age coefficient and points are accumulated for the trophy competition for the period September 2025 - August 2026. The race includes an asphalt track of 3.2 km and a children's race of 600 m; registration is from 9:30 to 10:00; the event is scheduled for August 2, 2026.
